Recruitment – Intercision

Hi and welcome to the recruitment section of Intercision.

If you feel you can live with the below guidelines for the corporation and meet the minimum requirements then you might be the pilot we are looking for.
Some of the rules may seem to be “of cource” rules, but they will be followed through.
Immature, smacking and trolling outcasts can apply for Goonswarm at the nearest station.

Intercision:
- Mature tone – Your an adult, act your age. We can joke, curse, laugh and jest but do so with respect for other people.
- Respectfullness – Towards corp members as well as your enemy.
- No trolling – Don’t even try.
- No smack in local – Be elegant in your remarks and dont spew profanity because you got raped.
- No fail fittings – Experimentation is ok, “Cap stable” combatships is not.
- We follow a ROE of mixed NBSI and NRDS that help us focus on areas.
- Scamming is not OK – Goons is that way ->.
- 1% tax – We almost don’t care how you earn your isk.
- Fixed monthly payment  – This is fair for people that earn isk by doing missions and those that earn by trading gets to pay as well. It is not based on how many chars you have in the corp. This can and will be adjusted over time. The tax is to 5 mill isk pr month.
- Faction Warfare – This is what we start out with. We might take a different direction later but for now we fight for the Minmatar Republic.

Minimum requirements for applicants:
- You have 15 million skill points.
- You are able to fly HAC.
- You are able to use tech II medium guns
- You have a working microphone and loudspeakers/earphone – Your dog ate it? Then get a replacement and apply after you got it.
- You will be on TS when online – no exceptions, no excuses.
