In the time of my EvE life I have come across a number of pages that really hit the nail on some subject or revealed a new part of EvE to me. I will build on this page when I have time and add comments on the usage of the different links. The old dogs around will see them for what they are at once but if you are new to EvE they may be just what you have been looking for. I take no responsability for the use of any links.
So with no further delay I will introduce you to my link collection.
One of the best “personal approach” collection of utilities for EvE. Specially the Invention sections are superb
- Research and Development basis should be read first if you are heading into invention.

Being a google and Firefox devotee I always have my tabs ready and the EvE utilities ready. The Original forum post can be found here. Simply add it to you google page/tab by adding content. It asks for you FULL API and it is at your own discression that you give that out.
EvE Mon is a great solution for planning how to best set up a skill plan that will eventually land you in the ships you want to fly and the weapons and equipment you want to use. When setting up a plan you might be wondering what your end goal is and EvE Mon helps in this regard as it also take in other needed skills. However if you combine the planning with this page from Chruker’s EVE Online section you are off to a good start in your EvE career. Also using the EvE Fitting tool gives you an idea of the skills needed to fly the ship of your dreams.
The EvE Fitting tool is a handy small priogram that allows you to fit any ship you want and shows you what skills you are lacking. It also gives a readout of performance of the ship but dont just assume it will behave superb cause EFT tells you so. If you have never operated a ship in combat you will not be The Combat Pilot untill you have lost a few and killed a few. DPS is one of the major factors everyone is looking at but do consider that you will miss a lot when going fatser or shooting in you falloff range. Check this guide for basic explanation of turret usage and the official flash version from CCP.
Dont ever undock without them. Have it open in a PDF in the background or even print it out. It is pure gold. A great alternative that also offer more strategic options in the DOTLAN maps. The DOTLAN is great for the upcomming corp or alliance leader but never take lines and information for granted without considering the human factor. The human factor is the entire history of EvE where alliances have been formed and shattered over time. Even though two alliances seem to fight over a small area they could form ranks against a common enemy. As a complement check Latest Influence Map.

EvE files is hosted by noone less than Chribba. Newcommers will ask who this warrior is and the answer would be along the lines that he has never fires a single shot in combat but he cares for EvE and over the years have provided a lot of usefull tools. EvE Files is for hosting you large screenshots and movies. It works really well.
Who is the owner of the space I am killing ships in ? It is always nice (and polite) to know who your target are and who you are about to upset. Besides that looking over the map is fun cause you can follow the battles of the big entities in EvE.
Ive mostly used it for the agent and mission database and its NPC database.
A great agent locator although it lacks the option to make a search both combat and security oriented missions, thereby you have to do multiple searches.
The jump planner is an essential tool for all would be capital pilots and commanders. Simply use it if you are to get from one point to another but be aware that it might suggest non optimal stations where, when you undock, you get out of range of the station. Also when you get yout cyno alt or friend to the system you want to jump to make sure you have enough fuel to make the next jump or that fuel is avaliable at the station.
Gives a complete list (very unordered and non searchable) of systems you can jump to. It help when you plan your next jump so you can see alternative systems. Copy paste to excel so you can sort it.

Looking for the average set-up we all can agree on, then look no further. Do note that some that post here are masters of the Eve Fitting Tool but rarely fly them in actual combat. For NPCing they are great setups though as the NPSs are predictable enemies. Who knows if that will change with the new patch ?

Everything you ever wanted to know about exploration and how to go about it. Do note that some of these places can be highly unhealthy. I lost a dual armor rep domi in matter of seconds in a sansha complex.
